Important Dates (June - Sept)

Here are a list of important dates for beginning of the school year. (same list as PDF above)

JUNE

  • June 12-19: BSN Uniform Spirit Pack Store opens

JULY

  • Students work on summer reading and assignments
  • “HS Student Life 2023-2024" This group page is your primary destination to find out what is happening at the High School. – Click Here
  • “New and Incoming High School Students 2023-2024” for new students – Click Here
  • July 1: Shelfit Bookstore opens.
    • All required textbooks may be purchased through your student's AXIS account and shipped directly to you.
  • July 10-17: Order uniforms on BSN
  • July 20: Malachi’s Closet Uniform Sale
    • From 9:00 AM - 3:00PM
    • If you plan on purchasing gently used uniforms, come to the sale on campus. Enter Westlake Plaza on Cedar Valley Road and go to the third floor of the learning center. See dates below for additional times.

AUGUST

  • August 1: Health and Athletic Forms due (Magnus)
  • August 3: Student Laptop Wi-Fi set-up & New Student One Card Pictures
    • From 10:00AM – 3:00PM
    • In HS Library
  • August 14: Malachi’s Closet Sale
    • From 2:00 - 4:00PM
  • August 15: All Freshman and Transfer Students Meet & Greet Orientation
    • From 2:30 – 7:00PM
    • Arrive at the High School Quad. Dinner and Dessert will be provided for students.
  • August 15: New Parent Orientation
    • From 6:00 – 7:00PM @ Calvary Worship Center
  • August 16: First Day of School
    • From 8:30AM - 3:15PM
  • August 18: Family Fair (All School)
    • From 4:00 – 6:30PM
  • August 18: Football Game – Oaks Christian vs. Chaminade
    • From 7:00 PM
  • August 31: Picture Day (All School)
    • From 8:00 – 3:00PM

SEPTEMBER

  • September 13 – High School Back to School Night
    • From 6:00 – 8:00PM
