First Day of School

What do we do?

For middle school students, the first day of school is set aside for getting to know your teachers, peers, and schedule. It is not an academic day, but you will have an opportunity to attend all of your classes and meet your teachers.

When you first arrive, you will find your printed schedule in your grade-level Pod. Once you pick up your schedule, you can head to your advisory, where you will receive your Oaks Planner, your locker number and combo, your ID number, and AXIS login info. Advisors will help you learn how to use your planner and locker, as well as walk you through our campus and AXIS. The rest of the day will be helping you discover our community and setting you up for a successful school year.

• Lunch (bring your own or have your OneCard loaded to purchase in the Café)
