Here are a list of important dates for beginning of the school year. (same list as PDF above)

June

• Students begin Summer Reading
• Note: 4th grade does not have assigned summer reading
• June 3-4 & 10-11: Free Exer Sports Physicals offered for OCS Students
• June 12-19: Order uniforms on BSN (spirit-pack wear)
• June 13: Pizza in the Park (for 4th Grade and Academy V families)
• 6:00 - 7:30 PM @ Triunfo Park
• June 14: Pizza in the Park (for new 6th-8th grade students and families)
• 6:00 - 7:30 PM @ Triunfo Park
• June 20: Summer School Starts

July

• July 1: Shelfit Online Bookstore Opens
• Books are provided by the school for 4th Grade and Academy V
• July 10-17: Order uniforms on BSN (spirit-pack wear)
• July 18: New Family Bowling Night (for new 4th-8th grade students and families)
• 6:00 - 8:00 PM @ Harley’s Simi Bowl (LA Avenue)

• July 20: Malachi’s Closet Uniform Sale
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• If you plan on purchasing gently used uniforms, come to the sale on campus. Enter Westlake Plaza on Cedar Valley Road and go to the third floor of the Learning Center. Additional sale dates in August.

August

• August 1: Health and Athletic forms due on Magnus
• August 9: 4th Grade and Academy V Parent Orientation
• 2:00 - 3:00 PM

• August 14: 6th-8th Grade New Student Luncheon
• 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM @ MS Campus
• Be sure to bring your device to get connected to the school wifi.

• August 14: New 6th-8th Parent Orientation
• 3:00 - 4:00 PM

• Students will meet homeroom teachers, find their desks in their classes. Habit food truck and Mr. Softie will be served @ 4th Grade and Academy V Classrooms

• August 18: Family Fair (All School)
• 4:00 - 6:30 PM
• August 21: Grades 4-8 Parent Coffee @ Bedrosian
