Important Dates (June - August)

Here are a list of important dates for beginning of the school year. (same list as PDF above)

June

  • Students begin Summer Reading
    • Note: 4th grade does not have assigned summer reading
  • June 11: Pizza in the Park (for 4th Grade and Academy V families)
    • 6:00 - 7:30 PM @ Triunfo Park
  • June 12: Pizza in the Park (for new 6th-8th grade students and families)
    • 6:00 - 7:30 PM @ Triunfo Park
  • Week of June 17: Summer School Starts (Check class details for start dates/times)

July

  • July 1: Shelfit Online Bookstore Opens
    • Books are provided by the school for 4th Grade and Academy V
  • TBD: Malachi’s Closet Uniform Sale
  • July 23: New Family Bowling Night (for new 4th-8th grade students and families)
    • 6:00 - 8:00 PM @ Lucky Strike Moorpark (706 E Los Angeles Ave, Moorpark, CA 93021)
  • July 29: Fall Athletics Registration Opens for Grades 5-8 - Look for the yellow banner on AXIS to complete your registration.

August

  • TBD: Malachi’s Closet Uniform Sale
  • August 1: Health and Athletic forms due on Magnus
  • August 7: 4th Grade and Academy V Parent Orientation
  • August 12: 6th-8th Grade New Student Luncheon
    • 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM @ MS Campus
    • Be sure to bring your device to get connected to the school wifi.
  • August 12: 6th-8th Parent Orientation (In-Person)
    • 12:30 - 1:30 PM in 8th Grade Pod (MS Campus)
  • August 12: Family Social for 4th Grade and Academy V
    • 6:00 - 8:00 PM
    • Students will meet homeroom teachers, find their desks in their classes. Habit food truck and Mr. Softie will be served @ 4th Grade and Academy V Classrooms
  • August 14: First Day of School
    • 8:00 AM - 2:45 PM
  • August 16: Family Fair (All School)
    • 5:00 PM
  • August 19: 4-8 Parent Coffee
    • 9:00 AM in Bedrosian Pavilion
  • August 20: Picture Day
  • August 28: Grade 4 & Academy V Back to School Night

September

  • September 4: Middle School Back to School Night
